About Dr. Pierre Balthazard:

Professor Balthazard is an internationally recognized scholar in organizational neuroscience, leadership, and management science. He has authored over 100 refereed publications, including articles in premier journals such as Academy of Management Journal, MIS Quarterly, Personnel Psychology, Journal of Applied Psychology, Organizational Research Methods, and The Leadership Quarterly. His scholarship consistently appears in highly selective, top-tier outlets and reflects rigorous peer review, strong methodological sophistication, and theoretical innovation. His work has been cited more than 5,400 times, with an h-index of 28, demonstrating sustained influence on advancing knowledge in his field. A pioneer of organizational neuroscience, Professor Balthazard has played a central role in establishing this interdisciplinary domain. His leadership in this area was recognized through the Academy of Management’s 2023 Lifetime Achievement Award, underscoring his international reputation and lasting scholarly impact.
